Number of Words in a Thesis Title: not exceed 20 words
Number of pages: Master Thesis (not exceed 150 pages), PhD Thesis (not exceed 250 pages): excluding tables, figures, and appendices.
Type of Paper: simili A4 size (210mm x 297mm), paper (80g)
Typeface and Font Size:
Typeface: The entire text of the thesis, including heading and page numbers, must be produced with the same fort or typeface.

Font Size: should be 12-point and not be scripted or italicized except for scientific names and terms in a different language.
Bold print may be used for heading.
Footnotes and text in tables should not be less than 8-point.

Same fonts appropriate for a thesis include: Arial, Book Antiqua, Bookman, Palatino, Tahoma, Times New Roman
Margins: left (40mm), right, top, bottom (25mm)
Spacing: thesis typed (double-spaced), between paragraphs and section (4 spaces), single spaced (footnotes, quotation, references or bibliography, multi-line caption, appendices, questionnaires, letter, and heading or subheadings)
Binding: thesis should be bound with a BLACK hard cover.
Thesis spine: lettered in GOLD, using 20-point font (name, degree, year)
